From 07 July, Dubai is open for visitors and these are the steps that visitors need to complete before travel:
- Check the visa requirements for the UAE – they are the same as they were prior to COVID-19. This includes visa on arrival for the passport holders of 47 countries
- Purchase international travel insurance that includes health coverage.
- Complete a health declaration form stating you are free from COVID-19 symptoms and sign a quarantine undertaking form stating you will bear all costs of quarantine and treatment in the event you contract COVID-19.
- Take a PCR test ahead of travel. The certificate must show a negative result and have been issued within 96 hours of arrival.
- If it is not possible to take a PCR test before travel, one can be taken on arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB). The passenger will need to quarantine until they receive their results. If the results are positive they must quarantine for 14 days
